Mark's experience
Mark came to Alaska from Salt Lake City in 1979 to enjoy the finest wilderness on the planet. Archaeological field work took him to nearly every region of Alaska. He and his wife Ann built a log house in the coastal town of Seward where they live with some great dogs and cats. Mark maintains his mental health with annual kayaking excursions into Prince William Sound and hiking trips into the Utah canyons of his youth. He also gives much time to the conservation efforts of the Resurrection Bay Conservation Alliance.
